My forum too. Real shame. What is more irritating is that the old link I had to Yuku Support is now a Tapatalk Home Screen with a stack of hoops to jump through and no clue as to how to find the information thread that we used to get straight through to. If there is an easy way for Yuku customers to get to Yuku Customer Support, perhaps it could be displayed here, as the secrets of this new alternative will take too long to discover.

www.moodybluesattitude.yuku.com is down too, and I agree with the comments about this Tapatalk business.  I use a desktop and I can't download it.

I've also tried to alert Chris via emailing her on an old support ticket I'd saved on my computer, celticrose121.  They need to know that many of us just don't use cell phones to access the Internet and that this "Tapatalk" business just doesn't work for us.  (I don't know if that's the case for you or not).  I've  tried to download Tapatalk--it just won't work on a desktop, at least not for me.  I get error messages advising that:  "other than some Chromebooks  which run the Google Play Store, apps from Google Play can't be installed on most computers..."

Re my earlier Tapatalk comment, I think the techies forget that most of us, and certainly most of our readers, cannot, or prefer not to, get involved in any sort of technicalities.  I get in the car and drive it, I switch on the telly and watch it, I get out the lawn mower and cut the grass, I walk into a shop and buy what I want, I pick up my telephone and talk to the person I want to talk to. I open up my Yuku forum and post pictures and comments as and when I want to... except that these days it is increasingly common NOT to be able to open up my forum and post or read the latest posts. The implication that, in order to get the most from my board I should learn all sorts of technical routines and fixes is unacceptable. I get the feeling that soon I am going to have to learn all sorts of new routines in order to benefit from whatever Tapatalk is offering us... Mmmm. I am not looking forward to that. Why pay for a dog and have to learn how to bark oneself?
Incidentally, I can only post here after waiting over four weeks for my registration to be accepted! Don't ask me why because I do not know.

I'm not really running into any Tapatalk issues. I can get to the new support board with no issues, but I hate getting lost in the jumble so I just use the support email. Which of course gives an automated response and gets my hopes up just to have them dashed when it isn't Chris responding. I know it is really freaking early where she is, but I also know that she should not be the only face of support. It is absolutely ridiculous that only one person is handling the fall out while the programmers get to hide behind their code.

I am glad you can get to the new support board with no issues but you echo my feelings when you describe the difficulties of ‘getting lost in the jumble’! Do you mean you can access the latest news of the latest Yuku failure easily? Can you see right away the reasons for the failure and when we can expect ‘normal service to be resumed’?
I have given up trying to find it. It would be nice of course if accessing the old thread automatically redirected us all to the new Tapatalk thread. But no. It seems we have to work it out for ourselves. I am pleased you managed it!  Can you include the new Yuku Support thread link here?

Oh, there's nothing about the new issue. I doubt Chris is awake yet, so she probably doesn't even know about it. I can just get to the support forum on the new platform.
And this is definitely a Yuku issue because the Support forum is on the new platform and is up. People are posting about this issue there as well.

I wonder how long its going to be out this time.... day, days, week??  :o Its been out already for about 4-5 hours for me.  I am heading to bed soon, and hope its back up when I wake up in the morning.  ;D
